Who Are We?
918app started with a simple vision — to create an online gaming platform truly built for Malaysian players. Not a platform awkwardly translated from another language, not a confusing interface, and not a withdrawal process that takes days. We wanted something that felt made by Malaysians, for Malaysians.
Since launching in 2018, 918app has grown from a small platform into one of the most visited online casino destinations in Malaysia. Today, more than half a million registered members trust us for their gaming experience — and that trust is something we never take lightly.
We operate with a valid license, a transparent system, and RNG (Random Number Generator) technology independently audited by third parties. Every game on the 918app platform goes through a rigorous review process before it becomes accessible to our members. This isn't just an internal rule — it's our promise to every player who trusts this platform.
Our Commitment: Every ringgit won by a 918app player belongs entirely to them. We do not withhold payments, manufacture technical excuses, or complicate the withdrawal process. If you win, the money goes into your account — plain and simple.
The 918app team is made up of technology experts, game analysts, and customer service specialists who all understand local player culture and needs. We speak your language — Bahasa Melayu — and we know what you expect from a great online gaming platform.

918app's Journey from the Beginning to Today
Every major platform has an origin story. For 918app, it all started with frustration — seeing Malaysian players forced to use overseas platforms that didn't understand local needs, with slow withdrawal processes and unresponsive customer support.
We decided to do something different. Something built from the ground up with local players as the priority. Here is a brief timeline of our journey:
Official 918app Launch
The platform launched with an initial collection of 200 slot games and live baccarat tables. The early focus was on withdrawal speed and a user-friendly Bahasa Melayu interface.
100,000 Registered Members
Just one year after launch, 918app reached 100,000 registered members — largely through word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied players.
Mobile App Launch
The 918app for Android and iOS was launched, allowing players to enjoy the full gaming experience from their smartphones without needing to log in through a web browser.
Collection Expansion and VIP Program
Over 800 new game titles added. The VIP loyalty program was introduced with exclusive rewards for the most active players, including access to premium live casino tables.
500,000+ Active Members, 1,200+ Games
918app now stands as one of the most trusted online casino platforms in Malaysia, with a proven track record of wins and a rapidly growing player community.
Our Mission and Vision
The mission of 918app is simple: deliver the best online gaming experience to every Malaysian player, regardless of their background or level of gaming experience.
We believe everyone deserves an honest, safe, and enjoyable platform. One that doesn't make you worry about the security of your funds, doesn't make you wait hours for withdrawals, and doesn't hide terms that work against you.
Our long-term vision is to continue innovating — introducing the latest gaming technology, expanding payment options, and strengthening an active and responsible Malaysian player community.
"We don't just sell games. We build trust — one player at a time. Every win paid on time, every issue resolved quickly — that's what has built our reputation over the past seven years."
The Team Behind 918app
Behind every smooth game and every fast withdrawal is a dedicated team working around the clock for you.
